Psst. Are you forgetting about the "70" in 70-20-10?
70-20-10 has been shown to represent the approximate breakdown of how people learn, by learning source. By far the largest is experience. Does that mean people are already learning from experience, or are we missing something here?
The 70 represents 70% of what a person learns. But it doesn't say anything about whether it is the right learning, nor whether it is in line with the individual's or the organization's development goals.
